Producing the cargo for shipping:

- at departure station, places of common use: passing the cargo/loaded container to the responsible railway officer; placing the lock-and-seal arrangements on a container/a car;
- at departure station, places of non-common use: placing the lock-and-seal arrangements on a container/a car;
- acceptance of empty cars and passing loaded cars to the responsible railway officer.
